// who you buy from

You are ordering from Wrap & Roll

When you place an order on this site you are buying food from Wrap & Roll. Wrap & Roll makes the food, sets the prices, and is the seller and the merchant of record for your payment.

The website itself is built and hosted for Wrap & Roll by Declan Morton, trading as CustomerCloud — a sole trader, so there is no limited company and no registered office. CustomerCloud supplies the software and nothing else: it does not sell the food, it is not party to your order, and it takes no share of what you pay.

// ordering

How an order works

  • You build a basket from the menu and go to checkout.
  • You give your name, email and phone, and choose collection or delivery. Delivery is only offered where Wrap & Roll has set up a delivery zone covering your postcode, and the delivery charge for that zone is shown before you pay.
  • You choose a time — as soon as possible, or a slot later the same day. Times offered depend on Wrap & Roll's opening hours and how long the kitchen needs.
  • You pay on a checkout page hosted by Stripe.
  • Your order is only accepted once payment succeeds and you have an order number and a confirmation email. Until then nothing is being made.

Prices, availability and opening hours are set by Wrap & Roll and can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, Wrap & Roll will contact you on the phone number or email you gave.

// payment

Where your money goes

Card details

Entered on Stripe’s own hosted page. They never reach this website, and they are never stored by us.

Who receives the money

Your payment goes directly into Wrap & Roll’s own Stripe account. It does not pass through anyone else’s balance.

Commission

None is taken from your order. The company that supplies the website is paid a flat monthly fee by the shop, not a cut of what you spend.

Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

Handled by Wrap & Roll. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself.

Allergens and food safety

Wrap & Roll is the food business here — it prepares the food and is responsible for allergen information about it. The company that supplies this website has no knowledge of what is in any dish.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, contact Wrap & Roll directly on 01698 000000 before you order, and get an answer from a person. A note typed into the special instructions box at checkout is passed on, but it is a general-purpose operational field, not an allergen-checking process — and what you type into it travels further than you might expect. The privacy notice sets out exactly where it goes.

// changes and refunds

Cancelling or changing an order

Food is made to order, so whether an order can be changed or cancelled after you have paid depends on how far along it is. That decision is Wrap & Roll's. Call the shop as soon as possible on 01698 000000 — that is faster than email and gives the best chance of catching the order.

We are not going to print a refund policy here that the shop has not agreed to. What we can say plainly: nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. If the food is not of satisfactory quality, is not as described, or does not arrive, your rights under consumer law apply in full and no term here removes them.

// your side

What we ask of you

  • Give accurate contact and delivery details — a wrong phone number is the single most common reason an order goes wrong.
  • Be reachable around your collection or delivery time.
  • If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
  • Do not place orders you do not intend to pay for or collect, and do not use the site to abuse staff or drivers.
  • Do not type health information — allergies, conditions, medication — into free-text boxes. Ring the shop instead. This is explained in the callout above and on the privacy notice.
// the website

Availability, content and software

Being straight with you about scale: the company that hosts this site is a one-person business. It makes reasonable efforts to keep the site up and to fix problems quickly, but there is no guaranteed uptime percentage and no contractual response time. If the site is down, Wrap & Roll is very probably still open — ring them.

The menu, prices, descriptions, photographs and branding on this site belong to Wrap & Roll. The software behind it belongs to CustomerCloud and is used by Wrap & Roll under licence. You may use this site to browse and to order; you may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.

// responsibility

Who is liable for what

Wrap & Roll is responsible for the food, for the accuracy of what is described on the menu, and for fulfilling your order. CustomerCloud is responsible for the website working, and is not the seller of anything you buy here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not permit to be excluded — which, for food sold to a consumer, is a great deal.

Your rights as a consumer sit alongside these terms and are not replaced by them.

// your data

Data protection

Wrap & Roll is the data controller for the personal data you give when you order. CustomerCloud is its processor and handles that data only on Wrap & Roll's instructions, under a written agreement. What is collected, who else sees it, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted are all set out in the privacy notice, and what is stored on your device is on the cookie policy.

Other terms

  • Changes. These terms may be updated. The version and date at the top of this page tell you which set you are reading; the terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it.
  • If a clause fails, the rest still stands.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.

Questions about these terms: contact Wrap & Roll at hello@wrapandroll.com. Questions about the website itself: hello@customercloud.cc.
